TRADEWINDS is a SPOTLESSLY clean modern beach house with LUXURIOUS contemporary furniture. Enjoy the sea views from the entertaining balcony or a movie from the extensive video library on the large screen PLASMA TV upstairs or second TV in the FAMILY AREA downstairs.
Challenge family and friends to a game of BILLIARDS on the 7 x 3.5 sized table.
COOK up a gourmet meal in the fully appointed kitchen with SMEG dishwasher, new EUROPEAN APPLIANCES or the outdoor BBQ. There is even FILTERED WATER on tap.
Don't feel like cooking? No problem! Stroll 150m to the famous FLYING FISH CAFE, enjoy a bistro meal at the PORT ELLIOT HOTEL, have fish and chips on the beach, or sample the delights of the many cafes, coffee shops and take away shops in PORT ELLIOT.
At TRADEWINDS there is also fully ducted r/c airconditioning, 2 TV's (both big screen, one plasma), 2 DVD/Video players and an extensive Video Library.
With three bedrooms and two bathrooms TRADEWINDS accommodates six guests and all linen is supplied. This includes professionally laundered starched sheets and pillowcases and king sized fuffy towels.
All of the beds at TRADEWINDS are quality beds for a comfortable night's sleep, there are NO bunk beds.
TRADEWINDS has an entertaining deck off the main living area with a quality outdoor setting for casual meals and BBQ's. There is a FULLY ENCLOSED BACKYARD, safer for children and/or pets and an additional feature of UNDERCOVER OFF STREET PARKING.
This lovely home is PET FRIENDLY-conditions apply. Please note: we are unable to accommodate pets during the month of January due to an agreement with neighbours.
TRADEWINDS is SPOTLESSLY CLEAN as our staff professionally service our homes between all bookings. As we own our beach houses WE PERSONALLY GUARANTEE the standard of accommodation we offer. We take pride in what we do.
We are also ACCREDITED BY TOURISM AUSTRALIA, this is your further guarantee of COMFORT, CLEANLINESS AND QUALITY accommodation.
All PROFESSIONALLY LAUNDERED bedroom, bathroom and kitchen LINEN is supplied for each booking. This includes quilt covers, starched sheets & pillow cases, mattress and pillow protectors, fluffy king sized bath towels, hand towels, bath mats, face washers and tea towels. The mattress and pillow protectors are also changed between every booking.
All of the beds have quality dunas/duvets/quilts.
TRADEWINDS is situated in the popular township of Port Elliot. Just stroll 150m for DIRECT BEACH ACCESS to the famous Horseshoe Bay. The Flying Fish restaurant, Cockle Train and the cafes and shopping of historic Port Elliot are only a short meander away.
Port Elliot has excellent facilities with a supermarket, organic fruit and Veg shop, Gourmet butcher, famous bakery, post office, newsagent and hairdresser.
TRADEWINDS is only a one hour drive from the ADELAIDE GPO, Adelaide Airport or the KANGAROO ISLAND Ferry Service.

SECURITY BOND
A bond of $500.00 is required before arrival. In most cases this can be arranged by credit card (as is done at Motels). If you prefer, the bond can be paid by cheque, money order or bank transfer and the funds are refunded to you after your stay.
