Our new Garden Room has just been added set within its own clinker brick cottage in the back yard. This glorious Parisian styled room is designed to suit those seeking a self-contained or longer stay, as it has its own remote controlled lock up garage, en-suite, kitchenette with 2 fridges, microwave, dishwasher, and there is a new gas BBQ right outside the garden entry door. The garden has an outdoor setting, new gas BBQ, hammock and fish pond, very tranquil and handy for those traveling with pets.

Very quiet street. Paved, off-street parking on the large verge conveniently close to the front door keyless entry for the master and king/twin bedrooms.

Please note: the $170.00 tariff applies to 1 person in 1 room (King or Garden room or $180.00 for the Master bedroom) including GST, breakfast, daily room cleaning, free parking and WiFi. All rooms are sold separately, so please add $10.00 for an extra person per room, and if an extra single bed is required this is $30.00 extra instead of $10.00. This property takes a total of 7 guests in 3 rooms, but the Stayz price only applies to 1 person in 1 room, not the whole property. Ask us about our family discounts if more than 1 room is required. Our rooms tend to book out close to required dates, so the sooner we hear from you the better. It is a delightful place to stay.
