Sleeps 9. Springhill Retreat is a three year old architect designed beachhouse located in a quiet, bush court close to the beach and cafes and grand hotels of Queenscliff and Pt Lonsdale.
Downstairs comprises a large living room with 78 cm TV, stereo, DVD and video. A dining room with large square table seating 8. The fully equipped kitchen has gas cooktop, wall oven, microwave, dishwasher and large fridge. Plenty of crockery, glasses and utensils. Also downstairs are two large bedrooms, one with queen and single, one with queen and double bunks. Large bright bathroom and toilet. Also laundry with large washing machine. Upstairs master bedroom with queen, ensuite and deck with glimpses of Swan Bay. Also gas BBQ and decks to front/back.

"Spacious well maintained beach house. Quiet loaction easy walking distance to Point Lonsdale along beach track and reasonable walk to Queenscliff. Would have to drive to beach if you didnt enjoy walking or travelling with children.Very comfortable home with all essentail amenities. Fans are now supplied if required."
