BOOKINGS:

SORRY NOT AVAILABLE FOR LEAVERS/CLOSED FOR MAINTENANCE

A deposit of 30% is to be paid to secure a booking. Unless otherwise stated the balance is to be paid two weeks before arrival date or four weeks in the peak season. A tentative booking is to be held no longer than one week, or owner will contact if another enquiry.

CANCELLATION POLICY
A full refund less $25 booking fee if cancelled 31 days prior to arrival date
A full refund less 20% of the total tariff if cancelled 14 / 31 days prior to arrival date
A full refund less 50% of the total tariff if cancelled 7 / 14 days prior to arrival date
No refund is applicable if cancelled up to 7 days prior to arrival date

BOND
A bond of $1000.00 is required in addition of deposit to cover any accidental breakages to any items within the house or any damage to the rented property during the rental period.
Said bond to be refundable to lessee in full within 7-14 days of termination of rental period subject to inspection of property by caretakers for any damaged or missing items.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES
The check in time is 2.00pm and departure time is 10.00am unless otherwise arranged. Special arrangements can be made for check in after 5.00pm

LINEN
Linen supplied in the home and is collected upon departure.
Due to health regulations, linen must be supplied by Laundry Service.

Extra towels can be supplied upon request P.O.A.
N.B Beach Towels are not supplied.

PARKING
Parking is STRICTLY restricted to two cars

PETS
Sorry, we are unable to accommodate your pets

SMOKING
There is no smoking permitted inside the home

CLEANING
Due to the limited time to service the home, it is requested that the home is left clean and tidy.
Additional charges will be made should the home require more than a basic clean.

BABY NEEDS
A high chair is available for the duration of the stay
