\"Tugin Cottage\", is a comfortably furnished 1920\'s mountain home, ideal for couples, friends or families. Set in a quiet yet convenient location and close to all our World Heritage region has to offer.

With leadlight features throughout, the cottage offers 2 double bedrooms, one queen and one double with a double sofabed in the third bedroom. Cosy quilts, electric blankets and heating in all bedrooms.

In the lounge room there is a slow combustion fireplace to curl up in front of on those chilly mountain nights (firewood provided) along with a selection of DVD\'s, videos, books and magazines.

The cottage has a fully equipped country style kitchen and seperate dining room for eating in or the cafe\'s and restaurants of Katoomba Street are only a walking distance away.

Enjoy a barbeque on the sunny back deck where the local birdlife will more than likely pop in for a visit.

Rates are based on a 2 night minimum stay & includes all linen, towels, firewood and basic supplies such as a selection of teas, coffee, hot chocolate & toiletries.

4 NIGHT MIN STAY CHRISTMAS & EASTER LONG WEEKENDS.
2 NIGHT MIN STAY ALL OTHER PERIODS.
CHILDREN WELCOME - PORTACOTS WELCOME - NO CHARGE FOR BUBS IN PORTACOTS.

Locality

Centrally located in South Katoomba and only minuites to Echo Point, The Three Sisters, Scenic World, bushwalks, Katoomba golf course, galleries, specialty shops, cafe\'s and many award winning restaurants of the Blue Mountains.

The local shuttle bus service is close by and the cottage is within walking distance of town and the railway station if travelling by rail.
