This five bedroom double story house offers separate entrances for each floor. It is a great Holiday place for a large group or two/ three families. It can accomodate up to 15 guests.

Downstairs it offers two bedrooms, lounge/dinning/kitchen and a toilet/shower/laundry. There is a sofa bed in the main living area . Also a baby cot is available.

Upstairs it offers three bedrooms, Lounge, dinning,kitchen, separate laundry, toilet/shower. An under cover BBQ area.

The property is fully fenced. It is within walking distance to the Boat Ramp Beach and couple minutes by car to central Cowes.

WE DO NOT CHARGE EXTRA FOR BED LINEN. Listed rates below includes bed linen . You need to bring your own towels.



Minimum booking is THREE NIGHTS for Long WEEKENDS and SEVEN NIGHTS for the NEW YEAR.


SCHOOLIES ARE WELCOME TO APPLY (conditions do apply). Bond of $500 is required. Listed price is for a group up to 11 . Property can sleep up to 15 people.
