This brand new townhouse (finished Jan 2005) offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms plus powder room, timber polished floors, fully equipped kitchen and family room. Outside is your own patio and garden with BBQ as well as easy access to a great pool area. Ingound pool is solar heated.

The main bedroom is located downstairs (ideal for elderly family members), with ensuite and walk-in-robe. Also downstairs is a fully equipped kitchen with granite bench tops, lounge room, dining room, laundry and powder room (additional toilet).
Upstairs there are another 2 bedrooms plus main bathroom, and family room with double sofa bed.
Great accommodation for 8 people or 2 families (max 6 adults).
Sorry no pets allowed and no smoking inside the unit.
