The luxury beachfront apartment is located between Dunsborough and Busselton on Geographe Bay and provides a unique getaway in the famous MARGARET RIVER wine growing region.
The privately owned ground level apartment has been decorated with luxury furnishings using a mix of warm timbers and colours. The spacious living/dining has been tastefully furnished and designed to incorporate all the features of comfort and contemporary entertainment together with reverse cycle airconditioning
The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with quality crockery, cutlery and stainless steel appliances. Quality linen is supplied throughout.
The apartment has one luxury queen bedroom with large spa ensuite and one double bedroom with separate bathroom and toilet. Both bedrooms and living have direct access to the outdoor entertaining area and is surrounded by gardens and lawns. Take a stroll along the beachfront walkway or step onto the white sands to view the sunset over Cape Naturalist with a glass of local wine.
The apartment is only a short drive to Western Australia's premier wine region, art galleries, cheese factories, chocolate factories and local breweries and internationally famous beaches of Margaret River and Yallingup.
There are several excellent restaurants and cafes only a short walk from the apartment.
