An inviting 2 bedroom cottage that will comfortably sleep 6 adults. Situated just 300 meters from a safe swimming bay beach, 400 meters from Cowes boat ramp and 1km from Cowes town centre, making it an easy beach stroll to all the local restaurants, supermarkets, shops and cafes on the Island.
This quaint cottage has 2 bathrooms, full ensuite to the double master bedroom plus sleeping for four in the second bedroom. Fully equiped kitchen, Television, DVD, stereo system and reverse cycle air conditioning in the lounge area.
The Cottage has a large front yard surrounded by native trees and shrubs attracting native birds. Located on a quiet street it is just great for children and anyone wanting a quiet break.
Ample parking for boat with large grassed front area.
Easy access to Phillip Island Penguin Parade, Local Vineyards, Nobbies, Grand Prix track, Koala Reserve, Seal watching and other Island attractions are all close at hand.
Just a short drive from Woolami and Smiths beachs which are two of the best surf beaches in Australia. Seacape Cottage takes advantage of the quiet Bay beaches to the North and the specular Surf beaches to the South of the Island including some specular scenery.
