This wonderful holiday home offers a peaceful and relaxing getaway. The beauty and tranquility of the area are second to none and the setting is amazing. Located on 5 acres with excellent 180 degree views, including looking down to the ocean of Geographe Bay. The house is appointed with everything you could want to make your holiday experience special.
The region is known for many wonderful beaches, wineries and galleries and maps are provided for your use. Enjoy a short walk to Yallingup wood-fired bread or a longer stroll to Petra Cafe for coffee.
Dunsborough is a 5 km drive to shops, restaurants and cafes. Yallingup beach is 4 km away or 5 minutes drive to Smiths Beach.
Enjoy this picturesque setting and have the opportunity to get away from the hustle and bustle of life for a while. Return from a day out to relax on the balcony with your favorite wine, looking out to the ocean and watching the kangaroos that feed each evening in the surrounding bushland. In winter light the wood fire and sit with a good book and your favorite red.

Downstairs is a queen size bedroom with walk-in robe and adjoining bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with an open plan dining and lounge area. You have a choice of reverse cycle air or wood fire. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan for summer comfort and electric blankets for your winter warmth.
Upstairs has 3 more large bedrooms, two with queen size beds and one with 2 single beds. The second bathroom has a shower and bath with a separate wc. The sitting room upstairs has French doors that lead onto the balcony, which wraps around the house, offering wonderful views in all directions. There is an area of reticulated lawn and garden with shady trees for summer. A hooded 4 burner BBQ is supplied and you have a choice of upstairs or downstairs outdoor entertaining areas, all with outdoor furniture.
The nature of the rural location provides an abundance of wildlife - kookaburras, blue wrens, robin redbreasts and kangaroos are some of the daily visitors.
