The fortunate people who rent this home can enjoy the facilities of Tangalooma Resort on beautiful Moreton Island or retreat to your luxury appointed hilltop house and watch the world go by from the deck, comfy couches or while relaxing in the spa bath with panoramic views over Moreton Bay and the shipping channel. See dolphins and whales from the deck, turtles popping up for a look around and the seabirds scouting their next meal from the surrounding National Park of Moreton Island and the Moreton Bay Marine Park.

BEDDING CONFIGURATION:

This three bedroom home also has sleeping accommodation in the ground floor 'rumpus' room with the third bathroom on the same level for convenience.
Bedroom1: Queen Size Bed and ensuite
Bedroom 2: Queen Size Bed
Bedroom3: 2 King singles or 1 King size bed
Rumpus Room: Fold down click clack, 2 single beds and 2 single trundles

If you stay at a privately owned property at Tangalooma Resort or in the estate overlooking the Resort you will have access to all facilities of the Resort with one exception. Although you are able to view the nightly feeding of the Dolphins from the Jetty viewing area, only tenants who book a Resort Managed property through the Resort themselves are entitled to feed the dolphins. However guests of privately owned Resort properties can go on a standby list for Dolphin feeding and eco cruises.

RATES: Off peak $2100 wk

PEAK: (All Qld School Holidays except June/July which are charged at off peak rates) $2750 wk

PRIME PEAK: (24th Dec to 3rd January) $3750 wk (extra nts @ $500 nt)
EASTER: 4 Night minimum Booking $2250 (extra nights $360 nt)

If you did not wish to provide your own linen requirements it can be hired through us at the cost of $15 per person regardless of length of stay.
Please note that beach and pool towels are not provided in the linen pack but can be hired separately for a one of payment of $5 each for the duration of your stay.
Tenants are required to provide their own toiletries. Soap, washing powder and additional toilet rolls beyond the initial supply of two per toilet are not supplied with the property.

What to Bring

Good company, food, drinks, toiletries and beach towels, videos, DVD'c, CD's, fishing gear, insect repellant, sunscreen... and pick up some bread mix from the supermarket! Easy to make - your own fruit and nut bread or simply add some herbs....smells great!

Linen (Sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats and tea towels) is not generally supplied when you stay a a privately owned rental property on Moreton Island, but if you did not wish to provide your own it can be hired through us at the cost of $15 per person regardless of length of stay.

Tenants are required to provide their own toiletries as soap and additional toilet rolls (beyond the initial supply of two per toilet) are not supplied with the property

Conditions

On arrival you will be required to pay $200 cash deposit in exchange for the keys and various remote controls and swipe card access to the gated estate in which the property is situated. On departure and handover of those items your deposit will be refunded.

Linen Hire is available if you do not wish to supply your own for an additional charge to the rental Tariff.
Linen pack consists of Sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bath mats, hand towels and tea towels.
$15 per person regardless of length of stay.
