Enjoy our private setting overlooking the Redwood Park Golf Course and the Swanson Reserve. This apartment is situated off our home in Swanson Village. We are small but this allows us to give a friendly, customised service to our clientel.
Everything you can need and want is within walking distance: cafes, train station, buses, dairies, DVD shop, butcher, art/retro gallery, gas stations, local markets every other Sunday and much more.
Our 2-bedroom self-contained apartment (sleeps up to 6): this is $175 a night for 2 people plus $20 per extra person, up to 6 people (so a maximum of $255 a night for 6 people). This is our nightly rate and includes all linen service and tea/coffee service; cleaned every 3 days. We will also rent this for $700 per week with no linen or coffee/tea service and a $50 cleaning fee when you vacate. This price is only available when staying for 7+ consecutive nights.
Redwood Park Serviced Apartments offer all the benefits of a semi-rural setting whilst only 5kTake in a game of golf at Redwood Park Golf Course, go for a bush walk in our local Waitakere Ranges or walk to the Swanson Village train station, just minutes away, and take the train to local shopping centres, Auckland City and Mt. Eden Rugby Stadium!m drive from Westcity shopping complex and a quick walk to the train station from Swanson to downtown Auckland City.

Both of our apartments have full linen service, are fully furnished and very private. We service the apartments on the 3rd day of your stay. Check-in times are between 2pm and 6pm and check-out time is before 10am, but this can be flexible based on your travel plans and whether we have someone else staying before or after you; so just ask if you need a special time for either.
No pets or smoking allowed on the entire property.
Children under 2 are free. If you have children let us know and we will accommodate to their needs as well (we have highchairs and port-a-cots etc).
