Villa Belza

Adorned with antique furniture, mostly country french antiques, it has all the comfort you require: large screen TV, DVD player, CD player, excellent matresses for the best sleep you can get away from home, plentiful quality cooking and eating utensils and apliances, including dishwasher and ice-dispensing fridge, deck chairs and outdoor sitting, as well as books and board games. There is also the possibility to catch up on mail with a local line connection available for DIAL-UP INTERNET.

Most of all this perfect beach house offers breathtaking views over Yuraguir National Park and the famous wave of Back Beach. And its ideal location on top of the hill allied to its expert architectural design (by french architect Franck Burgard) guarantees that it always manages to catch the sea breeze, invaluable assets on a hot summer days.

The lush and fully grown enclosed tropical front garden with partially covered decking, is ideal for protected entertaining, while the generous back deck directly looks over the ocean and national park with an uninterrupted vue. Besides, the house is fully screened, and has an outside shower to wash off the sand.

For our guests with a romantic nature, Villa Belza has a cosy, warm & inviting fireplace for those colder winter nights, with WOOD SUPPLIED.
And a look-out style tower with clever built in double bed and cupboards, including a TV with DVD player, allows you to watch the surf from your bed, and the stars from the roof deck above.

Area

The house is a three minutes nature walk from the family favourite Spooky beach, the fresh water 'blue' and 'green' pools (possible rock climbing on the surrounding cliffs), the world-class surf break 'Angourie point' (recently declared national surf reserve), and the amazingly pristine and deserted back-beach that leads you right into the national park for a walk to the very isolated Shelley Beach. You are guaranteed to see wildlife on this track at the right time of the day!

You can also chose to walk down to the lovely neighbouring Angourie slow food coffe shop and award winning restaurant, called Frangipan, or take the 5 minutes drive to the little fishing town of Yamba, with its gourmet dining, beautiful marina, ocean or river beaches, and shopping centre.
