WHAT TO DO:
ESTUARY:
Wonderful walks and bike rides along the estuary which is right on your doorstep. Dolphins and a array of wildlife are seen regulary in the estuary.
Two bikes are on the premises for your convenience to explore the area.
SURFING:
3 minutes to the spectacular beaches, like Melros, and Floreat. In Falcon you can find the lovely beaches for the little ones.
GOLF: World standard ..3 min drive

SIGHTSEEING:
DAWESVILLE is one hour south from PERTH and a short drive to the heart of MANDURAH.
MANDURAH is a vibrant and versatile city noted for its magnificent waterways and holiday atmosphere.
