There is aself contained laundry with washer and dryer. This beautiful apartment islocated on the mid floor, the building has lift access and you have two secure car spaces in the basement. Serenity by the Sea is spread over two large blocks between Kingscliff street and Marine parade laneway making it so close to say its opposite the beach. Personal linen such as sheets, pillowcases, towels, tea towels etc. are not supplied. A hire service for a very reasonable price is available. The property is fully self contained excluding personal items such as soap, toilet paper, laundry powder etc. This is solely the guests responsibility. Departing guests must leave the property clean & tidy. This includes emptying the rubbish bin, washing and drying all dishes, emptying the dishwasher emptying and cleaning of the refrigerator, oven/griller & microwave, cleaning of BBQ. We do take a pre-authorisation of a credit card for the security deposit. NO PARTIES OR FUNCTIONS PERMITTED.
