The Property

The kitchen is a functional style fully equipped state of the art kitchen with the latest gadgets, and coffee machine.
The pool area features a heated dive pool with resort style deck chairs and umbrella. There is also a spa and the pool has a wet edge to make you feel you are almost in the harbor.
The 3 downstairs bedrooms (or two and a study) all open to views and have air-conditioning.
The Pool house is an experience of its own. The room fully opens to the elements with shutters and sliding doors , A pleasure room has a steam room rain water shower dark slate style showers and a Japanese onsen which looks straight up the bay. One would need to leave this room alone! It is also possible to dive directly into the swimming pool through a gate in the room.
The media room has 5 overhead speakers and a lounge lizard style in built sofas to relax on. The room has a wood inlay and features many possible lighting combinations.
