This complex is located within walking distance to Kings Beach where you will find a few local shops, restaurants & cafes.  The Metropolitan Caloundra Surf Lifesaving Club is also in close proximity.
The unit is situated on the 2nd floor, and also includes the use of a tandem lockup garage.
