Tarangau is a great updated retro styled beach house with lots of beachside ambience, it is an easy walk to the beach and convenience store in central Point Lonsdale. Under the canopy of a large tree this home has a great bbq deck to enjoy with friends and family. The large yard is well fenced and a great space for that game of cricket and for children and or dogs to play. Tastefully updated with the retro style this comfortable home offers ducted heating, an ethanol fire place plus reverse cycle airconditioning - you are not going to get cold here! The living area has glass sliding doors to the bbq deck and has a flat screen TV, DVD and play station. 3 good sized bedrooms offer 2 queen beds and the 3rd has a good trio bunk which would sleep children or adults. The kitchen boasts a large Blanco cooker, dishwasher and microwave with all the usual amenities. The bathroom has a separate bath and shower while the toilet is accessed through the laundry which has a washing machine. With a high front fence you can easily put 3 cars securely in the front yard and there's still loads of room! Please note Linen and towels are not provided however linen hire can be arranged if required. Please note Doona sizes - 2 queen, 1 double + 1 single.
A security bond of $1000 is applicable - this can be held by credit card if paying the tariff with that same credit card.
Well behaved dogs are welcome however we do take an extra $200 doggie bond and request dogs are not permitted on furniture. We also ask owners to pick up their dog droppings prior to leaving.
