"Gone to the Beach" is a beautiful bright and spacious home, nestled only 140 meters from the very popular Skenes Creek surf beach. The large deck and BBQ makes summer nights a pleasure, combined with the spacious lounge and meals area. Three large bedrooms, one with en-suite, all have built in robes, and downstairs has a large rumpus room with second television and games for the kids. If you feel like trying your luck at catching a fish, there are two surf fishing rods provided for your pleasure, plus two boogie boards if you feel the urge.
We do not accept schoolies bookings.
Just up the hill is the well known Chris's Restaurant if you are looking for a fine dining experience. The caravan park store, next to the beach can provide many of your basic needs, while only 6km along the Great Ocean Road you can get all your needs at Apollo Bay. The fishing Co-op is famous for its fresh local fish, with crayfish caught daily and cooked on the premises. If you want to try something different, try the "otway fly", where you can walk amongst the tree tops in the Otway forest.
After a relaxed day on the beach, kick back in one of two living areas, each with its own large screen, There are over 100 in house DVD's, X-Box, play station 2, and local television, plus wireles internet.
