Downstairs bathroom with shower over bath and heated towel rail. Kitchen area with benchtop oven and hobs, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine.
Upstairs has livingroom and seperate bedroom, both having stunning views over Christchuch. 32" LCD TV with Freeview and wireless internet (up to 2G per week). Queen bed in the living room. Two single beds in the bedroom which can be turned into a superking or any required configuration.
The apartment was purpose built 3 years ago and is fully instulated. Thermostating controlled heating keeps everything cosy.
The apartment suffered no damage whatsoever and is built on solid rock.
Tea/coffee included. Off street parking for one vehicle right outside the door.
Unfortunately due to the physical location of the apartment this would not suit wheelchairs.
Pets are considered.
Linen not included but can be hired at $10 for Queen bed and $5 per single. Towels are not provided. Please ensure you notify us if you require this and make payment on arrival.
