Located opposite the beach foreshore in Point Nepean Road, Rosebud West. This luxurious first level, two bedroom and two bathroom apartment ,offers high quality holiday accomodation for discerning guests.
Apartment 1 is located on the first floor of an exclusive group of new shops and apartments. It features a suspended balcony overlooking the beach road and shops below. Guests on the balcony can enjoy the passing parade of shoppers and beachgoers or gaze across the foreshore reserve to the pristine beach beyond the trees.
The apartment is luxuriously appointed with inclusions such as video intercom, stainless steel cooking appliances, a dishwasher, granite bench tops and reverse cycle air conditioning. Everything you need to enjoy a week or perhaps a few days in paradise is provided. (Linen excepted).
All furnishings and fittings are brand new.

Apartment 1 is located directly opposite the Rosebud West foreshore beach in a boutique group of shops. Within a few metres of the apartment you can dine at any of the Italian, Thai, Seafood & Steak or La Porchetta restaurants on offer. There are also two fish and chip shops, a clothing store and even a bottle shop.
In nearby Rosebud there are cinemas, countless restuarants, the Rosebud Hotel and many entertainment venues such as mini golf and roller skating for the kids.
The apartment is an ideal base for a weekend of golf at one of the nearby world class golf courses or perhaps a drink or two at one of the Mornington Peninsular wineries.
Best of all, you can leave your car locked in the security undercover car park for your entire stay if you wish. There are no parking hassles when visiting the beach. All you need to do is grab your towel and walk across the road and your there.
