This is absolutely the best location you will find for a relaxing getaway at any time of the year. Brand new, this property is situated on the foreshore at Cowes directly opposite the Cowes Foreshore Beach only a short stroll to the main street with all its shops restaurants and coffee shops.
Located on Cowes Foreshore opposite Erehwon Point childrens playground and BBQ area, with views to the beach and Cowes Pier. Park your car and walk everywhere.
Entrance through The Waves reception and the apartment is directly above reception, with elevator access.
The main living has 2 sofas, a large flat screen TV and a DVD player, large sliding glass doors that open on to the balcony that has a breakfast setting. The queen bed is also part of this living area the unit is carpeted and beautifully furnished. The second part of the apartment has the modern kitchen and dining setting for 4 and 2 single beds.
The kitchen has electric hotplates,small fridge and a microwave. There is a second TV that is mounted on the wall in this area and there is electric wall heating. The bathroom has a shower and separate spa bath.
The apartment has acess to a spacious courtyard within the complex.
Surprisingly spacious this is a lovely new apartment perfect for your next holiday or weekend getaway.
