Situated just 200 metres to the beach and just up the road from the St Leonards Yacht Club is this neat holiday home. Featuring upstairs living area, Kitchen with oven and stove top , balcony off upstairs living area with a glimpse of the bay, air cond heat/cooling, (wood heater downstairs) , two bathrooms, all kitchen utensils, just bring the usual bed linen and it's all your's! *NOTE; House is one Bedroom only, in addition, downstairs living area has a bunk bed* ACCOMMODATES 5. Upstairs bedroom has 1x Double bunk bed (Double lower, single top) as well as 1 x single bed. In the downstairs room there is a fold-out single bed . $1500 per week (high season) $850 per week (Low season) 1 week minimum). *$500 BOND *NO PETS *NO SMOKING
