This stylish home is well designed and furnished for a family who want to relax and enjoy their holidays. Downstairs has a large open plan kitchen/dining area with stainless steel applicances including dishwasher and coffee machine. A glass sliding door opens to the side deck and bbq/entertaining area and hosts a great outdoor table, chairs & umbrella. The spacious living area offers LCD TV, DVD player (including a collection DVD's for guests use) 2 bookcases full of books to read and bose ipod stereo. The rumpus room or 3rd bedroom includes a brand new quality inner spring sofa bed (queen) and LCD TV. There is also a spacious powder room. Off the laundry (which has a washing machine) is a handy outdoor area with the webber bbq and an outdoor shower. There is a R/C airconditioner in the living area and nobo style heaters throughout.
Upstairs has 2 great bedrooms - the main with king bed, large BIR's and retreat area with comfy couch, the 2nd bedroom has 2 king singles. The main bathroom has a separate bath and shower - toilet is also separate.
The enclosed private front yard has ample space for kids to play outdoors including a basketball ring. The driveway is contained inside the gates. The garage is not available for guest's use.
Note - linen is not included, doonas and pillows are provided. Linen hire can be arranged on booking if required.
For those who would like to bring their own linen the bed sizes are - 1 king, 2 king singles & 1 queen sized sofa bed.
The doona sizes are - 1 King, 2 x double and 1 queen.
Well behaved dogs are permitted however are not allowed on furniture and a $200 doggie bond will be taken in addition to the normal security bond.
This property has a $1000 security bond which can be secured by credit card if the tariff is paid with that same card.
