Lake View is a two Storey, well appointed 4 bedroom holiday home in the village of Motuoapa. Situated at the southern end of Lake Taupo, 8 mins from the town of Turangi and 25 mins from Taupo town centre, 45 mins from the Whakapapa ski fields and surrounded by the nearby world famous trout fishing rivers of Turangi.

There is a large Marina situated only 500 metres from the house, complete with wharf, boat ramp, short term marina berths, hire boats and coffee cart. Underground wiring ensures you can tow your boat to the ramp fully rigged from the ample parking surrounding the house.

There is a public tennis court area complete with basketball court available just across the road. Good walking tracks and several play grounds are also nearby in the Village, the closest one is accessed through the back fence, perfect for the children. There are also safe swimming beaches in the area.

Lake View has an open plan kitchen, lounge, large 6 seater dining table, 2 well appointed bathrooms and an en suite off the main bedroom. A Gas Fireplace is situated in the lounge to keep you cosy, ( no need to chop wood )and floor to ceiling curtains throughout the house. The living area and deck has an excellent view of the lake and surrounding area. There is plenty of space around the house for the children to run around and play games. The north facing deck upstairs and private patio below allows excellent outdoor living.
There is a games room available, BBQ on the main deck and a fish cleaning station at the back of the house.

- the lakefront and marina are complete with Coffee Cart
- hire boats and canoes are available at the marina
- 8 mins drive south to Turangi & best trout fishing in NZ
- 45mins drive south to Whakapapa ski field, 30mins further to Turoa
- 25mins drive north to Taupo Town
