Swimming pool located within the Seafront Estate complex, as well as communal BBQ area and Gazebo. NO LINEN PROVIDED and SORRY NO PETS. The Seafront Estate has limited parking for cars and boats. Each unit has 2 x bays for parking: this will give you parking for 2 x cars or 1 small boat and 1 x car. The unit may take a boat trailer to a maximum of 5 metres with a height restriction of 2 metres approx. please note if your car, boat or trailer exceeds the boundary of the unit or you are parked on the common driveway or grassed area you will be asked to remove it immediately.
