The mountain magic of this gorgeous home is an ideal Blue Mountains escape. It is a spacious country style home on 2/3 acre decorated throughout to suit the rustic ambience of the blue mountains.

The homestead style residence, with an east and a west wing makes it ideal, and cost effective, for 2 families with children.

It is set on large grounds with a huge paved entertaining terrace, extensive level playing areas and is within easy walking distance to the famous grand canyon walk and other lookouts with dramatic blue mountain views. Fun activity for children on arrival - Find the garden gnome in the rear garden.

Relax in the large jacuzzi or enjoy drinks around the log fire. Your comfort is guaranteed with a well equiped kitchen, central heating, Austar TV, CD Player, DVD player, piano and a chess set along with french provincial style furnishings throughout the house.

A circular gravel driveway allows ample off street parking for 4 cars.

Comfortable Facilities

The formal lounge area seats up to 8 people around the fire. The french provincial style dining area seats 8 comfortably and overlooks the outdoor entertaining area and pine trees.

The family TV area near the kitchen is an ideal retreat for children to watch TV or DVDs on the 2 seater lounge next to the coffee table.

4 person hot tub with a large private shower in the spa room plus a bathroom at each end of the house making a total of 3 showers and 3 toilets all inside the house.

There are 3 bedrooms each with a queen size bed and a 4th bedroom with 2 single beds. Sheridan bed linen is provided, however, most guests bring their own bath towels and tea towels, though this can be arranged if you are travelling from interstate or overseas.

GREAT !! When I got there, I was just amazed ! I did not realise how big the place actually was. It was fantastic ! We had a great time up there. Everything was just beyond expectation.
