This townhouse is ideal for short term rent during earthquake repairs - walk in walk out happy.

Slightly rear sited 3 bedroom townhouse available in popular Aidanfield. Enjoy the privacy of this single level home with well appointed kitchen, open plan living/dining with quality furnishings, 42" LCD TV, Sky, broadband and a heat pump.

The living area opens up to a private patio with outdoor furniture to enjoy the sunshine or sunset.

The main bedroom is fitted with a queen bed and ensuite. The second bedroom has a Trundle Bed which converts into either a super king bed , or 1 king single and 1 single bed. The third bedroom has a king single bed. Towels, linen, duvets and inners are all supplied for your ease. The single internal access garage has a remote control and laundry with new washer and dryer.

The townhouse is situated with easy access to main roads and malls such as the Hornby Hub, Bush-Inn Centre, Riccarton Mall and the Re-Start City Mall. Also for your ease is the #7 bus which can take you directly up Lincoln Rd to the hospital or bus exchange.

Included in your stay is power, phone, broadband, sky tv, linen, towels, bedding.
