Comfortable well appointed two-storied house overlooking a beautiful, sheltered quiet bay. There are spectacular views of the bay and surrounding hills covered in bush. With only a 3 minute walk to the beach it is great for a holiday or short break with plenty to do - swimming, fishing off rocks or beach, snorkelling, diving, bush walks, creeks to dam and pohutakawas to drowse under. For those more adventurous a good surf beach is two minutes drive next door at Waikawau.

In the house the front section of the lower story is an open-plan design with the kitchen, dining and lounge. These areas open out on to the deck where you can relax or cook your meals (hopefully freshly caught fish!) on the BBQ. The back area has a bedroom, bathroom and laundry.
The upper level has two large bedrooms –each with double doors leading out to the upper deck. A second bathroom is on the level.

Summer is almost over; however the water is still warm, the sun still shining and yes you do need a break in a lovely quiet environment. Come and enjoy this wonderful haven. New listing (07 February 2013)
