Moor the runabout to our Jetty.

3 minute drive from the seaside Belmont Golf club.

Cottage Layout

The master bed room has a queen bed , Ensuite with spa bath & outside Bali shower.
2nd bedroom has twin beds . Seperate shower & toilet.
The open plan of the sitting room tastfully decorated opens to a deck overlooking the lake.
Out back you can sit in total privacy on the covered deck while cooking your BBQ.
The kitchen has all the nessesary equipment required to home cook.
Separate laundry with a large washing machine and dryer.
Parking on site .

Directions

From Sydney : An easy 2 hour Drive North towards Newcastle on the F1
Take the Lake Macquarie EAST EXIT to Budgewoi , Swansea Charlestown. 5km past Caltex Twin Sevice Stations .
5 km after crossing Swansea Bridge, Turn left at Mobile Service station into Marks Point Road .
1km turn right into Edith St .

From North : Follow Pacific highway to Bennetts Green , Belmont ,Swansea .
3 km past Belmont city centre Belmont Golf Club .
Turn Right at Mobile Service into Marks Point Road.
1 km Turn right into Edith St .
Blueswimmer straight ahead.

The place was perfect for us! The others had come down from Byron Bay so the house suited well. Also proximity to the beach was great.

The wedding went well. I left before everyone else on the Sunday so I presume they left it in a reasonable state.

I'm sure Anna may grab Blueswimmer or that one again in the future.
