Description

A fully furnished, two storey, three bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhouse available for holiday rental in Huskisson on beautiful Jervis Bay.

Features two separate living areas, each with a 68cm TV, fully appointed kitchen with all new appliances, separate breakfast bar, modern barbeque and courtyard garden, internal laundry with clothes dryer - the list goes on!

All bedrooms are upstairs - the main bedroom has an ensuite, with a second bathroom also located upstairs and a third toilet downstairs. The property has a "drive through" garage which is large enough to fit your car as well as a fair size boat.

The property is available for holiday rental 365 days a year and is professionally managed, cleaned and maintained by Raine and Horne in Huskisson.

Weekly rates are from $650 in the Low Season to $1450 in the High Season (school Summer and Easter holidays). Daily rates are also available. Also, keep an eye out for specials that are available from time to time.

Huskisson is only a two hour drive from Southern Sydney, so dont delay - call Jenny or Kathy at Raine and Horne in Huskisson today on to book your week or weekend getaway.

Recent refurbishments

Photos were updated on 25th September 2009 and show recent improvements, which are:

1) The coutyard has been refurbished with beautiful large pavers and looks fantastic!

2) The lounge room has also been fitted with a floating wooden floor.

3) A roof has now been fitted to the courtyard pergola.

Also, the matresses have been replaced in the double and twin rooms following a request from a regular and valued guest. Kitchen implements have also been refreshed and replaced just in time for summer 2009 / 2010 and the rug in the lounge room replaced.

Managing Agent

Raine and Horne in Huskisson are the Managing Agent. They hold the keys and look after all the bookings.

They charge a booking fee of $55 and will also take a fully refundable $200 bond.

This is common practice amongst all Agents in the area.

  • "This property was fantastic! I would definately reccomend The Seychelles to anyone visiting Huskisson. The place is much bigger then we expected and never felt crowded with 5 people. The whole house was clean and easy to keep this way. The upstair balcony is a good size and was such a nice place to eat breakfast each morning while admiring the views of the bay and the yachts in the creek, before a short stroll into the main street of Huskisson. Both the owner and real estate company were great to deal with. Overall a very plesant stay and a highly recommended property."
