Terrigal holiday home.. FULLY AIR CONDITIONED FOR SUMMER. Located on Terrigal's premier street.

Casa Mia, a 5 bedroom home on 2 large levels. This home captures the sea breeze and has a front court yard with a water feature and a large out door setting , and a covered rear deck with deluxe barbeque.

Features 5 bedrooms, with bathroom and living areas on both levels.
The main living area is very large and if teenagers /kids want to do their own thing they can have their own tv and living areas separate to the adults.
Great for that weekend escape or for a fantastic summer holiday.
Perfect for that family getaway as we are only 500 meters to the beautiful Terrigal beach with its family friendly beaches, cafes and restaurants.

Casa Mia - relax and unwind, put the kids downstairs, and while they watch their favourite dvd you can relax in your own living area upstairs. Enjoy the beautiful rear deck that has wonderful valley views. Or simply relax on the lounge watching foxtel.

There is an abundance of outdoor as well as indoor living space so you can stay with the extended family without getting in each others way.

The House

The upper level features a large living, dining and kitchen with modern stainless steel kitchen, for those who like to cook there is a large semi-commercial Italian oven. There is also a large bathroom with an 11 jet spa bath. The upper level also has 3 bedrooms - 2 queens and 1 with 3 singles one being a bunk bed that is great for kids. Both levels have their own reverse cycle air conditioners.

The lower level has 2 queen size rooms, a double sofa bed, ensuite, a laundry with washer and dryer and 3rd toilet. The large second living area leads out onto the tuscan style courtyard with water feature. This is perfect for entertaining and enjoying lunch or dinner with family or friends. There is off street parking for 2-3 cars,,, PLEASE NOTE there is no lock up garage.

Rates

To get an accurate price fill in a booking request. For a price guide please place your mouse over the dates you would like on the online calender. Please note these are the starting price. Most weekdays are $250.00. Most weekends are $1000.00-$1500.00 and are minimum 2 night stays 1 night stays on weekends are charged at a premium due to cleaning and setup costs.

Public holiday long weekends are 3 night bookings. Please note these prices can go up on school holidays. Xmas week is a weekly bookings only and is from $3000.00. For longer stays discounts are provided.
