This is a spacious holiday home in a natural setting featuring a large main living area with high cathedral ceilings and beautiful blackbutt timber flooring. The decking and main areas overlook a natural wilderness with water views. There are three double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a downstairs rumpus room with a pool table. Wide outdoor decking provides an excellent entertaining area.
Woodstock is close to surfing, fishing, swimming beaches and excellent wineries. The home is also well located for those wishing to visit the unique Tree Top Walk at Walpole and the Bibbulmun Track.

If you are wishing to cancel a booking, please do so in writing to Private Properties Booking Agency.
Although our contract indicates that deposits and full payments of tariff are non refundable, we do immediately attempt re-book the house.
If successful, we will refund the deposit/payment, less a cancellation fee of $200.
The process may take some time, and is not guaranteed, but every effort is made.
If successful, the owner may be able to able to offer alternative dates to guests, on the understanding that they must be in the same house and within an Off Peak season.
Please note, that in order to re-book a property for particular dates we are only likely to be successful given enough time.
Last minute cancellations are difficult to re-book . It is also difficult to re-book Off Peak dates. Rose Harris
