Newly refurnished, renovated, 3br beach house about 300m from the 7km-long beach stretch from Dalmeny to Potato Point. Mummuga and Brou Lakes nearby are excellent for boating and fishing. The house is comfortable and has modern whitegoods, no TV or phone. Two decks, one looking out on to native bush, barbecue. Dalmeny shops has a good supermarket, newsagent, and coffeeshop 250m from the house. Moderate rental rates (say $95 pn). Prefer couples or family tenants, for two nights or more. Key pickup from a Canberra private address, or sent by post, rent usually payable in advance unless o/wise agreed (to fit in with this, it may be necessary to book in a few days in advance, same-day rental may not be possible). Reasonable school holidays availability, but not available in peak Xmas-to-end-Jan period. (Prefer no pets, but OK if outside & under control all times, as native animals and birds come onto the block a lot)
