Located less than 5 km north of Cessnock, Grasmere Estate is close to wineries, restaurants, galleries and other activities.
The house is private and is set on 53 acres of rolling hills and has a lake that is home to native wildlife. It has four queen bedrooms, a sofa bed, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, outside BBQ and dining room for ten people.
In winter a slow-combustion fire warms the house and in summer the house is cooled by air-conditioning.
Lots of flat area for some touch footie or a game cricket.
