Description
This fully fenced property is located in a quiet part of Dunsborough and only 2 minutes walk down the walkway to the sandy peaceful beach. A leisurely 10 minute stroll along the meandering beach path under the peppermint trees gets you into town to the many cafes or if you prefer a 2 minute trip by the car.
We are only minutes to the boat ramp, whale watching and diving departure point. The nearest winery is only 4 minutes away at Palmers where you can sample the wine and finish up with a lovely lunch or evening meal. There is a whole range of lovely wineries and restaurants in the district to visit. Also galleries, pottery and artisans are prevalent close to Dunsborough. Maybe spoil yourself with a day spa as there is several close by.
The south west's mild climate makes Dunsborough an ideal all year round holiday destination. In spring, the wildflowers are delightful, in summer, every day is a beach day, enjoy the extraordinary colours of autumn and relax by the warm fire in winter or enjoy a brisk walk beside the wild Indian Ocean.

Two queen sized bedrooms with own ensuite and walk in robes.

Large bedroom with 2 double beds and single bunks above and built in robes
The 3rd bathroom has a bath, separate shower and vanity. There is also a 3rd separate toilet alongside this bathroom.
The laundry which opens to the decking area, is large and spacious with washing machine and dryer.
The spacious downstairs living area houses the kitchen, dining and living. There is overhead fans to these areas.
The kitchen consists of fridge, gas oven, dishwasher, microwave and is stocked with all kitchen needs.
The rest of the living area contains a 10 seater dining table, spacious couches, 50 inch plasma television, cd/dvd player. From here step through the sliding glass doors to a large covered decked area with outdoor setting, barbeque and reticulated grass and gardens.
In winter enjoy a glass of wine by the large wood tiled fire located in the living area - all you have to do is set it with the supplied wood. In summer for cooling, fans are located in all rooms.
Up the stairs is a large reverse cycle airconditioned TV rumpus room with 3 couches & a desk. Step through the sliding door to a lovely balcony overlooking the weeping Peppermint trees. There is outdoor wicker settings to sit out here and enjoy the scenery.
There is ample parking along the driveway - please no parking on reticulated lawn areas.

What to see in Dunsborough
Dunsborough and the surrounding district has so many places to go and see, there is something for everyone to do. The children are always happy to be taken to "Simmos" as not only do you indulge in delicious icecreams there is also a lot to see and you can even picnic there. Maybe the "Chocolate Factory" is what you are wanting, go and have a taste and then sit down for a delightful morning or afternoon tea.
