Beautifully furnished newly built Old English style cottages with water frontage. While sitting on the decks guests can watch various wildlife including Swans, Ducks, Birds and a Platypus family. Cottages are situated on a 200 acre farm surrounded by the Meander River yet still within the town boundary. Only a short 3 minute walk into the centre of town. Deloraine offers a wide variety of arts and crafts, restaurants, cafe's, shops and a museam. The beautiful Meander River runs through the town and presents an ideal place for a family picnic. Deloraine is a central starting point for touring the north of Tasmania. Some attractions in the area are Cradle Mountain, King Solomon and Marakoopa Caves, Meander and Liffy Falls, Yarns artwork in silk, Trowunna Wildlife park, Christmas Hills Rasberry Farm, Ashgrove Cheese, Devils Gullet, Alum cliffs and the world famous Great Lakes. Deloraine is only half an hour drive to Launceston and Devonport.
