Eric Street Shopping centre (Supermarket, pharmacy, video shop, fashion, and health club) is two blocks away. Tennis and golf clubs are within five minutes walk. A regular bus service runs along Eric Street. Less than 10 minutes walk to Grant Street railway station. Claremont’s Bayview Terrace and Cottesloe’s Napoleon Street are two minutes by car. Perth city and Fremantle are around 10 minutes away by car.
