Secure parking - undercover parking in enclosure at the back of the building.
Two courtyards - front courtyard has garden, paving, French table and chairs and new Weber Q barbecue overlooking the ocean.
The apartment is furnished with French antiques. It is light-filled and spacious.

-Small television and video in main bedroom.
-AEG Dishwasher.

-Phones - you can make local calls and receive incoming calls. You can make 1800 calls and access emergency services. A phoneaway card can be used for interstate and overseas calls.
-The bathroom is ensuited to the main bedroom.
-Separate toilet next to laundry.
-Crisp cotton bed linen is provided, as are bath sheets and towels.
-Beach towels are not provided - can be arranged.
Cleaning can be arranged.
A short walk to numerous cafes, restaurants and hotels along the oceanfront. Across the road from an Internet cafe. Eric Street Shopping centre (Supermarket, pharmacy, video shop, fashion, and health club) is two blocks away. Tennis and golf clubs are within five minutes walk. A regular bus service runs along Eric Street. Less than 10 minutes walk to Grant Street railway station. Claremonts Bayview Terrace and Cottesloes Napoleon Street are two minutes by car. Perth city and Fremantle are around 10 minutes away by car.
