A perfect beach house in the sleepy seaside village of Ventnor on Phillip Island where you can unwind, enjoy sea breezes, beach walks, swimming, fishing, bird watching and beautiful sunsets. The house is surrounded by a lovely garden and is perfect for romantic getaways as well as for family holidays. DOGS ARE WELCOME and the property is fenced.
Ventnor is a semi -rural area surrounded by rolling countryside, beautiful beaches, sand dunes and is home to fantastic birds, sea life and grazing kangaroos. In Ventnor there is a convenient general store, fresh organic farm produce at a local farm plus a local winery. The house is close to the famous Penguin Parade and a short drive into the town of Cowes where you can enjoy a variety of restaurants, cafes and shops. There is a special event bus stop at our corner during major events on the island.
The house has a comfortable lounge and a large outdoor entertainment deck. The kitchen is well equipped with a full sized fridge and oven. Beds consist of 1 double bed upstairs, 1 room with twin beds and 1 room with bunks plus there is a fold out divan in the lounge. There is a cubby house and a table tennis table and the relaxing atmosphere invites a slower pace.
There is a 2 night min stay except:

Superbikes and V8 supercar race events 4 nights
Phillip Island Grand Prix 7 nights
You only need to bring your own sheets, pillowcases, towels and some smiles. (If you need linen please ask me for the contact details of Phillip Island Linen Hire as they can deliver fresh sheets and towels for a small hire fee).

House trained dogs are welcome inside at Adrift at Ventnor. There is a large, fully fenced garden and undercover deck.
Dogs can enjoy the beach all year round. It is only a short stroll from the house to the off leash beach where dogs can run and enjoy the water at any time of day in all seasons.
