Three beautifully appointed guest rooms with their own courtyard, ensuite and television are located on the ground floor level together with the guest kitchen and lounge which flow to the tropical gardens. Each room accommodates two persons for a cost of AUD$130 per night including a full breakfast. There is a further guest room which is actually a suite with bedroom, bathroom and separate sitting room with microwave, fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. It has a settee which converts to a king single. The rate for this room is AUD$130 per night and an additional person can be accommodated for an extra $30 per night.

Your hosts, including \"Noble\" the cat and \"Tyson\" a very lovable maltese terrier, reside upstairs. This allows you to be as private or as much part of the household as you please.

For those with agendas other than holidays: all major hospitals are located closeby and the King/Twin room is disability friendly.
