DOWNSTAIRS there are Three beautifully appointed guest rooms with their own courtyard, ensuite and television/DVD are located on the ground floor level together with the guest kitchen and lounge which flow to the tropical gardens. Each room accommodates two persons for a cost of AUD$140 per night including a full breakfast.
The king/twin room is wheelchair accessible and also has an adjoining twin bed room for a family room accommodating 4.
Cost per night is AUD$200.

UPSTAIRS there is a further guest room which is a suite with bedroom, bathroom and separate sitting room with microwave, fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. It has a settee which converts to a king single. The rate for this room is AUD$140 per night and an additional person can be accommodated for an extra $35 per night.

Your hosts, including \"Noble\" the cat and \"Tyson\" a very lovable maltese terrier, reside upstairs. This allows you to be as private or as much part of the household as you please.

For those with agendas other than holidays: all major hospitals are located closeby and the King/Twin room is disability friendly.

Enjoy breakfast on the deck overlooking a relaxed garden setting or personal breakfasts can be provided outside your room in your courtyard area.
