"The Tides of Silverleaves" is a Modern 3 Bedroom, 2.5 Bathroom, 2 Storey Beach House ideally located in the Quiet and Picturesque "Silverleaves" area of Cowes. This is the perfect place to get away for a Relaxing Holiday being just a 4 min walk to the Safe, North Facing Silverleaves Beach, a 1 min walk to the Beautifully Maintained Phillip Island Golf Club and a 25 minute walk along the Beach to the Cafes, Restaurants and Shops in Cowes.
To ensure you have a Comfortable Holiday we Provide Quality Modern Furnishings, Split System Reverse Cycle Airconditioning Downstairs, Ceiling Fans Upstairs, 50" Plasma TV in Living room plus TVs in Bedroom 1 & Bedroom 2 and 3 DVD Players. There is also a Stereo System and a Selection of DVD movies and CDs. For your Outdoor Entertaining there is a North Facing Court Yard Garden with a Timber Deck and Paved Area, an Outdoor Setting, Umbrella and BBQ. There is a Single Lock up Garage with Remote Door with space in front of the garage for 2 extra cars.
We provide Tea, Coffee, Sugar, Salt & Pepper, Herbs & Spices, Shower & Basin Soap, Dish Washing Liquid & Laundry Detergent.
Our Beach House Comfortably Accommodates 6 Adults. Doonas, Doona Covers, Pillows & Tea Towels are Provided.
We Do Not provide Linen & Towels. You may bring your own Linen or we can arrange Linen Hire for you at approx $20 per person if required.
There is a 2 night minimum stay.

This would have to be the best accomodation I have stayed in. The house has all the amenities and extras that one could possibly need. The owners have provided immense information and comforts for families. I will definately be returning. Thank you!

Beautiful property, with ample sample, lovely decor and all of the amenities (and some lovely extras, like a CD and DVD collection) you need for an enjoyable, hassle-free holiday.

i stayed here with my family in december and it is excellent accomodation . modern, attractive, clean, spacious and quiet..
right near the beach and no one was on it. it felt like a private beach. I highly recommend it and was great value
