Moondara and Azure
The two vibrant cottages are spotlessly clean and warmly decorated with a touch of charm to them both, cosy wood fires, claw leg baths, old fashion leadlight windows and doors throughout, spacious living areas, fully equipped kitchen with verandahs front and rear, airconditioning in Moondara only, surcharge applies during summer. Both cottages have one queen size bedroom which can accommodate one couple, an extra person or couple can be accommodated in Azure on a comfortable sofa bed extra charge $40 pp/pn. Both cottages are just a short walk away from the creek and waterfall they are positioned 50m apart to ensure guests privacy. Sitting quietly by the creek taking in the sounds and sights of nature is one of the true experiences of Gypsy Falls, imagine strolling down the garden path to enjoy your first cuppa for the day atop of a 40metre waterfall, Gypsy Falls is a place to relax, unwind, restore, rejuvenate and enjoy!
Both cottages have secured verandhas for your loveable fury friend, they must be well groomed and well mannered, dogs not allowed on beds or furniture and must be kept on leash when walking around property to protect wildlife and for the comfort of other guests, one enclosed kennel is available for larger dogs. Sorry no puppies. Tick prevention is stronger advised. Please let us know if you intend to bring your pooch, maximum two per booking, surcharge of $25 each dog applies.
Due to the natural ambience and seclusion of Gypsy Falls Waterfall Retreat we now offer the second week of each month during Spring and Summer to naturist (clothes free) commencing on the second weekend of the month. Ideally suited for the naturist seeking to hamonise with nature in a relaxed intimate setting, or for the experienced nudist who`s main desire is to connect with nature in a truly beautiful enviroment away from the crowd. Great place to trial nudism, maximum six guests at any one time. Please check when booking to make sure you have your timing right, season may be intended due to demand, please ask?
A place for all seasons
The secluded natural waterfall, a trickle or a torrent at natures whim yet always delightful can be viewed from the rockface or the all weather hut atop of the falls, relax and let the sounds of nature sooth your senses, all within a couple of minutes walk from both cottages. Imagine being warmed by a roaring log fire in Autumn or Winter outdoors under a sea of stars, or snuggled away in your private country cottage beside your own wood fire.The warmer months can be enjoyed lazing around the pool with a view that spills out into a tall eucalypt forest, maybe paddling your feet in the cool of the creek, the choice is yours. Gypsy Falls Waterfall Retreat offers private, clean, comfortable accommodation with all the luxuries one would expect, with the added bonus of wildlife to be enjoyed in the garden.
