Leave your cares behind as you step off the ferry at Elvina Bay South Wharf. A short stroll to Wirringulla Waterfront Retreat and you are transported to another world.

Pour yourself a refreshing beverage and relax on the deck where you can watch the tide ebb and flow, the wallabies and brush turkeys cross the lawn and the kookaburras and king parrots visit.

If you are feeling active take a bushwalk to the waterfall and beyond, paddle a canoe or simply swim in the bay.

Our quality amenities will cater for your comfort and relaxation.

Guest Reviews

  • "Loved it! What makes the difference about this place is that the owners have gone to great lengths to make it comfortable and useable. Every little thing is provided - good cookware, interesting reading material, kayaks, even incense and candles (for atmosphere, not power failure). "
    Peter and Judy, March 2008

  • "A beautiful location and very comfortable, well appointed house. We particularly appreciated the kayaks that were in almost constant use!"

  • "A comfortable, peaceful getaway in an idyliic Pittwater location. Right on the water's edge (and a short walk from the wharf) Wirringulla Retreat offers first rate kitchen facilities and everything you could want for a quiet weekend away. Even without getting out on the kayak, there are board games, a stereo, candles and access to some great walks with stunning scenery and landscapes. The bathroom is basic and as a positive, there is no TV!"
