Located in quiet cul-de-sac with main patrolled beach and surf club over a sand dune metres away. Leather sofas, antique Asian chests, new kitchen, bathroom and laundry. flexible sleeping arrangements (up to 6). Gas BBQ. Off street parking (for 3) under tree! There is a small shop selling the usual provisions and takeaway food metres away. SORRY, BUT PETS ARE NO LONGER ALLOWED.

LINEN IS NOT USUALLY PROVIDED. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN PILLOWCASES, SHEETS, TOWELS.

Moruya Heads is about 6 km from the main town of Moruya where there are many shops, a supermarket, clubs, pubs and a lovely golf course. Moruya Markets on Saturday morning are well worth a visit as is the "Rivers" restaurant. Also good Italian and Nepalese restaurants in town.

In the Area:

Fish, boat or kayak on Moruya River, visit Bateman's Bay or Narooma both only 30 mins away, bushwalk in the Araluen Valley, visit the historic town of Tilba Tilba, shop for just about anything at the crafty towns of Mogo, Tilba Tilba, visit a cheese factory (Tilba/Bodalla), surf, sail, snorkel or just laze on the beach! Good diving also in the area.

Pan for gold in Mogo and be sure to visit the great zoo there.

Bookings will only be held on receipt of a 50% deposit.

Full payment must be received 3 weeks prior to occupancy during peak periods such as summer and Easter holidays and 2 weeks at other times.

Cancellations: Deposits will be forfeited unless rebooked. 10% will be withheld as an administrative fee.
