Description

This is a lovely spacious split level, one bedroom apartment in a newly developed apartment block. It is fully furnished and equipped.
It has a plasma screen TV and a CD & DVD player.
There is also a double sofa bed in the sitting room that will sleep two persons. Let us know before you arrive if you require the use of the sofa bed and the housekeeper will have the bed linen and extra towels etc there ready when you arrive. There is a small extra charge for this.

Stainless steel kitchen, dishwasher and all amenities. Washing machine and dryer.
A well equipped gym and sauna in the building.
There is a lift, twenty four hour security and a secure car park.

Situated in a vibrant area close to restaurants and coffee shops.
Close to bus and rail transport.

It is five minutes from the city. Darling Harbour, Circular Quay, the Rocks area are all within ten minutes. Surrounded by the lively night scene of Kings Cross, renowned for its nightclubs.
A few minutes walk to Rushcutters Bay and park, a short bus ride to all the lovely Harbour beaches in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney.

A perfect spot to holiday in, or to live in. Short or long term rentals acceptable, according to availability.

As these apartments are pet friendly, if you bring a pet there will be charge for a carpet clean for the carpeted areas. This is to remove any hairs and animal scent, also for hygiene purposes. If this isn’t done it may cause offence to the next tenant.

A bond is required; this is returned at the end of the rental after a satisfactory inspection of the apartment.
The price quoted is for a short term rental during the winter months. For a 2 to 3 months lease or longer the price is negotiable
Internet connection available, (extra charge). Let us know prior to your arrival if you require an internet modem if it isn't booked we may not have one available for you when you pick up the keys.
