The spacious air conditioned studio apartment has a queen-size bed in its own alcove giving it the feel of a bedroom apartment with a fitted wardrobe and shelving providing ample storage space.
• The apartment has a modern stainless steel kitchen and all conveniences, including a dishwasher.
• A stylish bathroom features a shower plus a laundry area with a modern washing machine and drier hidden behind doors.
• Air/conditioning, TV, DVD/CD and stereo radio are provided for your convenience.
• The lounge area with a comfortable sofa and four-seater dining table has sliding doors that open out onto a private balcony with separate seating for that day or evening relaxation.
• Table ware and cooking pots are supplied, as are all towels and bed linen.
• A well-equipped gym offers weight and cardio machines plus a sauna on level 6.
• Lifts to your floor and level 6 with 24 hour security.

A 3G modem is supplied for internet connection at an extra charge of $120 for the first month and $75 each for subsequent month. If it isn’t booked we may not have one available for you when you pick up the keys
A bond of $700 is required for this apartment, but it is returned at the end of the rental after a satisfactory inspection of the apartment.
A charge of $150 is made for a professional departure clean for every booking. There is a booking fee of $11.
Pets As this property is pet friendly please inform us when you make your booking if you are bringing a pet with you. If so there is also a carpet clean to be done at the end of your stay (extra charge). This carpet clean is carried out for hygienic reasons and the comfort of the next tenant.

A well equipped gym and sauna in the building.
There is a lift, twenty four hour security and a secure car park for a small car.
Please note that it is a stacker system: cars must be no more than; Height 1450mm, length 5150mm, width 1850mm. If your car is larger in any of these dimensions the scanner will not allow it into the parking space.

As these apartments are pet friendly, if you bring a pet there will be charge for a carpet clean for the carpeted areas. This is to remove any hairs and animal scent, also for hygiene purposes. If this isn't done it may cause offence to the next tenant.


It is five minutes from the city. Darling Harbour, Circular Quay, the Rocks area are all within ten minutes. Surrounded by the lively night scene of Kings Cross, renowned for its nightclubs.
A few minutes walk to Rushcutters Bay and park, a short bus ride to all the lovely Harbour beaches in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney.

Swim and surf at Bondi Beach to Coogee and Bronte three of the most sought after locations for beach and water activities.
Sydney Harbour cruises from Circular Quay and great choices for meals and dinner at Sydney Harbour-side restaurants: Darling Harbour, Woolloomooloo and Watsons Bay.

Kings Cross, Darlinghurst, Potts Point, Double Bay, Rose Bay and Paddington are home to many of the finest restaurants in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney.
Shop till you drop in, Sydney City and Bondi Junction.
