Description

Only 4 houses, a 2 minute stroll, from the beautiful sandy swimming beach at Polleys Hole.

Fully furnished and equipped, 4 bedroom, 2 bath, double storey house.

The house can sleep up to 12 with accommodation comprising 4 bedrooms (3 upstairs - B1-Queen, B2-Queen, B3-2 single beds, one downstairs - B4 - 2 sets of bunks) with a double sofa bed mattress and single foldabed you can place anywhere.

Downstairs there is a large fully equipped kitchen with microwave, fridge/freezer and a family dining area seating 5. There is also a separate dining room (with dining setting for 8), a lounge with a widescreen TV, 3 settees, DVD and stereo, laundry, one bedroom and a bathroom with shower and toilet.

Upstairs is a family room with a TV, 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with bath and a separate toilet.

There is gas fire heating in the lounge room for winter nights.
Outside there are large gardens with 2 lawn areas, a patio, a gas BBQ and outdoor settings (the rear is fully enclosed).

Duvets, blankets and pillows are provided, BYO towels and linen. Linen can be hired at an additional cost of $15.00 per person.

Please confine smoking to the outdoor areas.

Pets by negotiation.

Please note that, whilst we want you to have a great holiday at our house we do not allow parties and the number of people at the house must not exceed the number listed on your booking confirmation form.

BOOKING FEE: Our normal terms are $250 deposit paid at the time of booking.

This $250 is used as a non-refundable booking fee/deposit and \'security bond\' when you eventually take possession of the property.

This \'security bond\' is refunded in full after check-out provided the property is in the condition in which you found it.

Full payment must be made at least 21 days prior to check-in.

CHECK IN TIME IS 2PM - 3PM. CHECK OUT MUST BE BY 10.00AM, LATE CHECK OUT CAN BE ARRANGED UPON REQUEST AND SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY.

If you would like to book the house for 4 weeks or more the cost is as little as $550 per week through the winter months. Please contact the owner for details.

UNDER 21s/Leavers
We do allow groups aged under 21 (including leavers) to stay at Calypso Beach House however there are additional conditions including:
*Cost $260 per night all year round
*Full disclosure of ages at the time of booking
*An adult to take responsibility for the group and any damage etc (the adult does not have to stay at the house)
*A full list of all persons staying at the house to be provided with names and addresses
*The security bond is increased to $1000
