Rates for up to 2 people staying:
$90 p/n for stays of 28 days or longer
$105 p/n for stays of 8 days or longer
$130 p/n for stays of 7 nights or less*
add $10 per extra person.

*short stay bookings are accepted where they run on from an existing booking or fill an existing gap or at the booking manager's discretion

The following dates are considered High Season. Our apartments revert to their highest rate during this time for all bookings of less than 28 days.

High Season Dates:

Saturday 17th December 2011 - Sunday 1st January 2012

Location and transport

Only a short walk away, the Shenton Park shopping village has all the amenities needed for your stay with a supermarket, liquor store, post office, bakery, pharmacy, video/dvd hire, great cafes, takeaway and two highly acclaimed restaurants - Galileo and Star Anise.

Excellent public transport choices. Buses pass nearby heading to UWA & Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital, Subiaco, Perth City, Fremantle and much more.

The heart of Subiaco is a 15 minute walk away. Other apartments available nearby. Our apartments are located in residential complexes, are privately owned and offer self-serviced accommodation.

Hensman Rd is across the park from Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital and is also within 5 minutes of the Hollywood Private Hospital, Princess Margaret Hospital, King Edward Memorial Hospital, Shenton Rehabilitation Center and St John of God Hospital.
