5 bedroom renovated cottage on the southern end of Pearl beach.

15 metres to the sand and a short walk across the beach to Pearls Restaurant and Sip n Chats cafe.

There is a dining table which seats 12, with views of the beach and BBQ setting to seat 8.

The house has an excellent layout for couples or several families as bedrooms are in separate wings of the house.

With one main lounge and 3 bedrooms with lounges the house offers the ability to have quiet time away from the group.

There is an outdoor toilet and shower for use when returning from the beach.

Five full size bedrooms

The Master bedroom and retreat is upstairs and has views of beach and ocean with an oversized lounge, TV and DVD, king size bed, ensuite and dressing room.

Downstairs are 4 more bedrooms.

Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds, polished floor boards and also has a travel cot.

Bedroom 3 at the front of the house has 3 x single beds plus trundle with a lounge area to seat 4 and TV and DVD . This room is perfect for the kids to stay and play and has its own private deck.

Bedroom 4 - located at the rear of the house has a queen bed.

Bedroom 5 - also located at the rear of the house has a queen bed and a single bed. There is room for the travel cot in this bedroom also.

There is a sofa bed in the main lounge of the house with sprung mattress.

There is a bathroom with shower downstairs. 2 metres from the front door of the house across a decked pathway is the renovated laundry. It also contains a renovated bath and shower.

At the back of the garage is an older style shower and separate toilet room for use when returning from the beach.

Rear deck overlooks Pearl Beach creek, and has beach views and a hooded 4 burner gas bbq. Timber outdoor setting to seat 8.

Perfect for couples or families

This beach house is the quintessential Aussie fibro with the benefit of modern bathrooms and furnishings.

The house is well suited to several couples or 2 or 3 families wanting to share.

Pearl Beach at the Southern end is protected, with quiet waters and a tidal pool for lap swimming. Beach fishing is popular with the locals.

There is a small library of reading books at the house.
