Come and stay at this well appointed beach house and enjoy being just a short stroll from the beach and just over the road is the Silverleaves Gourmet Cafe. Also within walking distance is the popular Cowes Golf Club and The Fun Shed indoor playcentre.

Phillip Island is a great place for families, couples and singles with so much to do you'll definitely want to come again. Beautiful, safe swimming beaches, popular surf beaches, the world famous penguin parade, seal rocks, the grand prix circuit and much, much more.

PROPERTY DETAILS

Guests love staying at The Happy Beach House because it is comfortable, clean and well appointed. Recently renovated the house features two brand new bathrooms both with baths and a well appointed kitchen with adjoining family meals area that opens onto the deck. There are three bedrooms featuring QS beds and a bunk room for 4. There is also a large rumpus for kids with a TV and DVD and this room can also be used as a 5th bedroom if required as it contains two double fold out futons.

This is a great venue for a relaxed family holiday. Lots of space and family friendly facilities. You can enjoy yourself and have a holiday in comfort without worrying that the 2 year old will make mud marks on the carpet!We took our 2 dogs and they also loved the place!

We had a wonderful time at the happy beach house. It's a beautiful house in a great location and its perfect for dogs. Our two have never been as quiet as they were on our first evening back home - utterly exhausted! We definitely plan to go back again some time and can't recommend it highly enough to anybody considering staying there.

There's too much to love about this well-kept modern beach house and it's perfect location. Our group had an incredible trip and loved the beach located no more than few minutes away. Plenty of cafes, shops and recreation just a drive away. It'll be hard to find another beach house to match this Gem!!! Thanks for the great time.

Well set out and presented house, So many rooms.So close to the beach, 1house by 2 houses over the sand dune and your there. Dogs had a good run.Every thing you could want even a hammock.
