Come and stay at this well appointed beach house and enjoy being just a short stroll from the beach and just over the road is the Silverleaves Gourmet Cafe. Also within walking distance is the popular Cowes Golf Club and The Fun Shed indoor playcentre.

Phillip Island is a great place for families, couples and singles with so much to do you'll definitely want to come again. Beautiful, safe swimming beaches, popular surf beaches, the world famous penguin parade, seal rocks, the grand prix circuit and much, much more.

PROPERTY DETAILS

Guests love staying at The Happy Beach House because it is comfortable, clean and well appointed. Recently renovated the house features two brand new bathrooms both with baths and a well appointed kitchen with adjoining family meals area that opens onto the deck. There are three bedrooms featuring QS beds and a bunk room for 4. There is also a large rumpus for kids with a TV and DVD and this room can also be used as a 5th bedroom if required as it contains two double fold out futons.

  • "what a great house, had all my family there, mum,two sisters with their two girls each and my family . Heaps of rm, great big bathrooms x2 with toilets as having all girls was needed. Heater was beautiful and warm, loved having BBQ brekky out on the decking area, dogs had a ball of a time, and the kids love the fact that the beach was so close, and my hubby loved how close the general store was . Had a very enjoyable stay and will be back again, either with the family or for a weekend away with friends, thanks again "
