The property has three bedrooms including a very large parent's retreat at the rear of the property. This bedroom has a lounge suite in it and provides a second living area for relaxation.

The property has recently been refurbished with new furniture in the living rooms as well as new carpets and bathroom. The bathroom area has a separate toilet as well as a large bathroom with a bath and shower making it perfect family accomodation.

Features

The living areas are spacious and well laid out. The main living area is at the front of the apartment and consists of a kitchen and living room which features an eight seater table and a large chaise style lounge as well as a two seater in the entertainment area. Outside the kitchen is a wrap around balcony with a bbq for those days when you don't feel like cooking inside.

The main living areas have ceiling fans to circulate the breezes and portable fans are in each of the bedrooms.

Attractions

A five minute drive will take you to the cafe strips, shops and beaches of Terrigal, while both Avoca and North Avoca are walking distance. A 10 minute drive will take you to the enormous shopping complex and cinemas/restaurants/ice rink at Erina Fair. Whether relaxing on the beach or exploring the nightlife of Terrigal and Erina, this house is the perfect base to return to.
